About the Summer Vehicle Fest

Calling all petrol heads... We are returning to former RAF Coltishall for another Vehicle Fest on Sunday 23rd August! Held at the famous Former RAF Coltishall grounds we will bring life back to this historic landmark and provide a fun day out, one which will always be remembered! With the site being entirely hard standing this provides excellent disabled access and there is no queuing on the road to enter the event site! There will be something for everyone including the opportunity to view some amazing vehicles close up. The Spring event saw an amazing array of modified, classic / vintage, super cars and race cars as well as bikes, trikes and trucks!
Come and see all our 2015 'Show and Shine' vehicles, car club exhibits and craft / trade stands. There's plenty to keep the children entertained too with even more children's rides and activities as well as refreshments. To make this day possible We Want You... - Spectators - Volunteers - Trade -Stands -Sponsors - Car Clubs -Car Boot & Auto Jumble.
Everyone is being encouraged to embrace the nostalgia by dressing from the era of their vehicle. Whether you are showing a vehicle or are just spectating you are welcome to join in, simply chose a decade! There will be trophies on the day for the 'Best Dressed Male' and 'The Best Dressed Female'.
Admission is £10 per person (12 years +) and children 11 years and below go FREE! Advance tickets are available at just £8pp by visiting www.str.gb.com.
If you are proud of your vehicle why not show it off in one of our SHOW AND SHINE competitions? - VIP Show and Shine entry - 1st prize is £250 and a VIP trophy, entry is £30 per vehicle. To make it fair the overall show winner will be chosen by a public vote on the day. There are limited spaces available in the VIP show so please register early to avoid disappointment. - We are also running a complimentary show and shine competition with the chance to win a trophy.
At the Summer Vehicle Fest we are bolting on a car boot sale and auto jumble for your enjoyment. Pitches cost just £10 each and include admission for 1 person. Anyone accompanying the seller will need to purchase an admission ticket. The car boot and auto jumble can be accessed once inside the event and the admission charge has been paid as necessary. There is limited space available so please ensure you pre book.
Gates open from 10am until 4pm on Sunday 23rd August at former RAF Coltishall, Norfolk. Well behaved dogs are welcome.
